last night I was listening to podcasts to get to sleep.
the voices of one crept into my dreams ...
I heard a woman's voice say,
I love my life.
one of the reasons i was so crazy was that I had so much unexpressed potential, intellect and gifts to offer the world ...
that's unhealthy when you have things to offer the world and they aren't being used. They can become self-destructive.
I feel like everything about me is used now ... my heart and my everything has an expression in life right now, and it's an unbelievable gift to get to say that and live that kind of life. I can't believe the life that I get now. I had heard this interview before.
- Rachael Kohn on RN's The Spirit of Things interviewing Nadia Bolz-Weber who has transformed her life from being a bad stand up comic and waitress to being the pastor of the House of All Sinners and Saints, a diverse but inclusive congregation.
But I think my subconscious hadn't heard the interview properly - I was shocked at the profound and sincere pronouncement.
I love my life.
It woke me up.
